About
Shigeto Kondo is a secondee from JIME Center, the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). He has been publishing papers on various aspects of Saudi Arabia including foreign policies, economy, fiscal situation, energy, etc. in Japanese since he joined IEEJ in 2016. During his assignment as a secondee at KAPSARC, he is examining the past experiences of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Japan on energy and climate change and exploring the possibilities of future cooperation. Dr. Kondo received his M.A. in Law and Ph.D. in Law from Keio University, Japan.
